EFT provides complete and permanent results. This is why I offer a guaranteed results policy. When you come in for a session we decide upon the results that you want to achieve. Within the following few weeks if you don’t notice a change, I will continue working with you - at no extra cost - until those results have been accomplished. Many issues can be cleared in just one session, however, some require two or even three sessions depending on their complexity. We will determine beforehand if more than one session will be required for you.

The goal that we decide upon can be whatever you wish, although should be specific enough to be easily apparent. For example, setting a goal of clearing low self-esteem is very broad as low self-esteem is generally the culmination of many things. However, setting a goal of releasing the impact of childhood traumas that are largely contributing to the low self-esteem would be a much more realistic and verifiable goal that we could work with.
